What’s wrong with Human Mind?

It’s really strange… A Human Mind can do wonders!!! One second it can visualize me living in a Beach House by Hawaii, another second I might be stranded in the darkest corner of the world.

How can we control what’s flowin thru our mind??? I have this problem—> My mind will be hyper-active at nite, the moment I hop into my bed, switched off the light, starrin into the ceiling and the 4 dark corners of the wall… My mind will Power on and images, thoughts start flowing in… Be it sweet, bad, positive, negative, sad, happy, past, present or even the future.

Sometime when I am lucky, my Mind will give me a nice treat! (",)/ Thinking abt Happy Future, living happily everafter with Bebe…

But sometime, when I feels lousy, my mind like to rub deeper into my wound! (-_-")/ Negative thoughts, sad and unpleasant images flashes thru my mind… What the F*** man, it will spoilt my whole nite and I can’t sleep well, the next day at work will be affected and the chain carry on and on…

Hmmm, people said whatever thoughts we have inside our mind is due to the daily scene that took place in our life, gossip we heard from our friends and troubles or happening we been thru…

So, we have to live our live to the fullest, think positive everyday, have confident in ourselves, our life and have trust and commitment between partners and lover ones…
